Kind of feel jipped buying the Charizard in the condition its in but I cant really argue as its a graded card just dont think that it deserved an 8.5 I think you might be being too harsh

While Pantlaza is certainly good , I think the decks other potential Commander is far more interesting

Competitively this lowers the value of the original, but in a set collectors mind it makes no difference

Highspire Bell-Ringer's cost-reduction ability can only reduce the generic mana component of the cost you pay for a spell

Then it adds 300 points for every Dragon Card in the summoner's graveyard
